I wonder what would be good training if you want to be stronger at bending. Ofcourse bending steel is what you should do if you want to get better at it, but is there any other perticular excercise that improves bending?

I've found sledge levering to be helpful for bending. For most people it's the wrist that breaks the power from the body being applied thru the hands, levering will strengthen the wrists. Here's a great tip from John...tape a gripper to a broomstick so you have to squezze the gripper before levering the stick...add weight to the end if you can. Excellent work-out.
