Never too Young to use the Battling Ropes!!

I was out in my garage today getting a training session in and my 5 1/2 year old daughter Nicoletta was out there with me as always when Daddy trains.

When she saw me doing the Battling Ropes she wanted to give them a try. So here's a short video clip of her using them.
