Default JB Gripper is in a class of it's own

I have been using the JB Gripper D & E for the last few weeks and have seen great results already. The length of the JB Gripper enables the user to do so much more then you can with a standard gripper. The two handed feature makes for not only a great finger & hand strengthener but an upper body building & strengthening program. You can really feel the exercises in your pecs and delts when pinching the gripper together with two hands and trying to bring your elbows together. The negative feature and variable weight adjustments make for a superior progress workout that you can’t find with any other gripper on the market. Also the fact that one JB Gripper is equal to four other different size grippers makes it a great value. Add in the Free training manual written by John Brookfield and you got an awesome training system.

Coach Pahl. It seems like would even have alot more than just four regular grippers with Johns Gripper. I say this looking at the extensions and also reading the write up on the samsonscroll website. If you shift your hand just slightly I guess you could move a few pounds at a time.

Talking Gripper poundages

Shaolin & Kronk; the grippers currently come in the following poundages

(D)125-250 lbs., (E)150-300 lbs., (F)175-350 lbs., (G)200-400 lbs.

By moving your hands slightly you can train at ranges between the low and high range on each gripper.

One of the best features about the JB Grippers is that you can do it almost anywhere. I like to train with the grippers sitting or laying down while watching TV. This of course is after I have already done earlier in the day my weight-training, Kettlebell/Clubbell or martial arts training.

You can really isolate the fingers, forearms or even pecs with this type of gripper. Soon I will put some video clips on my site for all to see.

Take care guys, it's good to have the forum back up and running and to have the quality people like you guys on it!
