A new revolutionary breakthrough in training has just been released by John Brookfield and Battling Ropes. The Land Warrior Workout Sled is now available for the first time and there is nothing else on the market that comes even close to this masterpiece of strength and conditioning. The name says it all and the Land Warrior was designed with one purpose in mind, which is to give you a complete workout unit in one individual piece of equipment. John Brookfield personally designed this unit to give the athlete every possible training advantage to take your strength and conditioning far beyond the next level.

     The main function of the Land Warrior is a push sled which can be pushed on the grass, pavement, artificial turf and even sandy soil. The sled can be pushed from outside behind the sled, but can also be pushed from inside the unit as well. For example, the athlete can push the sled down the field or street and then can push it back by simply stepping inside the unit and pushing it back to the starting position without turning it around. However, the special handles does allow the athlete to 360° the workout sled very quickly and with ease.

     The Land Warrior Workout Sled is perfectly balanced and can be picked up and carried in a farmers walk as well pushed forward like a wheel barrow. It can also, be pulled forward in a rickshaw fashion or pulled backward in a rickshaw fashion. The land warrior has a plyo box which can be used for plyometrics and can also be used as a step up box. The bench can also be used for a wide variety of abdominal work. If this is not enough the Land warrior has a pull up bar, dip bars and a wide variety of set ups that are designed for the athlete to perfect different types of push ups from incline, decline and bar push ups.

     The Land Warrior Workout Sled can also be broken down or put together in less than five minutes by one individual. In fact, once you take the top frame off of the unit the bottom half is a stand alone push sled which can be pushed from the inside or outside.
