John Brookfield

John Brookfield is the founder, creator, and developer of the Battling Ropes System. John has been a leader in the strength and fitness world for many years now. He has been known around the globe for his amazing feats of strength and endurance. He has been on television with shows like Regis and Kathie Lee, The Today Show, and Good Morning America just to name a few. John has been featured in the Ripley's Believe It Or Not and the Guinness Book of World Records. John has authored four books including Mastery of Hand Strength.

John has focused his energy ontrying to get himself in the best overall shape ever. He excels in events in which you must have a lot of staying power physically and mentally. For example, John and a partner pulled a semi-truck for a distance of one mile in May 2005. The route was actually slightly uphill making the task difficult beyond words. The pull was done with John and his partner wearing harnesses and pulling the truck like a team of horses. The temperature that day was also a factor, reaching around 90 degrees with high humidity.

Although John has just turned forty seven years old he feels he has not yet reached his potential yet when it comes to his fitness level. By finding and developing the Battling Ropes system, John has found a new motivation to climb higher due to results that the system produces.

He understands that most people do not wish to push too hard when it comes to their exercise program. This is one of the advantages to the Battling Ropes. The user finds themselves in the drivers seat controlling the intensity of the workout. You can accelerate or back off on the intensity. One thing is for sure however, you will see and feel results with this system. Contact him at john@powerropes.com or 910-295-4049 for scheduling information.
